Clover cowl

You will need a 7 mm crochet hook and 100 gr. of chunky wool yarn.
GAUGE (double crochet): 8 sts x 6 rows= 4″/ 10 cm
FINISHED SIZE: 15.7″ x 6.3″/ 40 cm x 16 cm
It’s all made in one seamless piece, in the round in closed rounds.

Ch 60, join first and last ch with sl st to close in the round. Take care not to twist your work.
Rnd 1-5: Ch 3, dc 59= 60 sts. The first 3 ch of every round replace the first dc. To close this and every following round sl st in the 3rd beginning ch.
Rnd 6: Ch 3, 2 dc in next st, (dc 1, 2 dc in next st) rep ( ) 29 times= 90 sts

Rnd 7: (Ch 6, dc 1) in first st, ch 3, skip 5 sts, [(dc 1, ch 3, dc 1) in next st, ch 3, skip 5 sts] rep [ ] 14 times= 15 ch 3 spaces with a V shape and 15 ch 3 spaces with 5 sts underneath.

To make the clover: (ch 3, sl st in 1st ch) rep ( ) 3 times, sl st in the first sl st of the clover.
Rnd 8: Sl st twice to reach the center of the first 3 ch space of last round. Ch 3, 1 clover, ch 2, sc 1 in next 3 ch space, ch 2, (dc 1 in next 3 ch space, 1 clover, ch 2, sc 1 in next 3 ch space, ch 2) rep ( ) 14 times= 15 clovers
