There is a new pattern update that has been released, for the two sizes bag. I’ve managed to find more macrame cord, more brands that are selling this fabulous thread that is so great for crocheting bags and some other home accessories. This result is quite similar to the previous bag, it has small changes in the instructions writing and details of construction in some pieces to make a more effective crocheting and assembly.
Hay una nueva actualización de patrón recién publicada, para el bolso de dos tamaños. He encontrado más cordones de macramé, más marcas que están vendiendo este hilo tan fabuloso que es buenísimo para tejer bolsos y otros accesorios para el hogar. El resultado es bastante similar al anterior, cuenta con pequeños cambios en la forma de escribir las instrucciones y algunos detalles en la construcción de algunas piezas para hacer un proceso de tejido y terminado más efectivo.
But of course, the main change is the handles. I had been wanting to try these sew-in for quite some time and I finally got to do it by including them in this project. And I loved them! Not only they look amazing combined with crochet work but they are time and yarn savers. This type of macrame yarn can still be quite hard to find so it’s better if we can make pieces with less material. And the handles help us meet this need perfectly. They are easy to attach to the bag, they feel strong and look amazing.
Pero claro, el cambio principal son las asas. Había querido probar éstas para coser ya desde hace algún tiempo y finalmente pude hacerlo al incluirlas en este proyecto. ¡Y me encantaron! No sólo se ven increíbles combinadas con el trabajo a crochet pero nos ahorran tiempo e hilo. El estambre de macrame de este tipo puede ser aún difícil de encontrar así que es mejor si podemos hacer piezas con menos material. Y las asas se adaptan a esta necesidad a la perfección. Son fáciles de unir al bolso, se siente fuertes y se ven muy lindas.
I hope you like this new design, the pattern includes more images of the process and it’s still a good project for beginners with simple finishing.
