EON CROCHET COWL

FREE PATTERN WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL

Cowls are always a favorite for chillier seasons and I love it when the mix of the correct stitch and shade create the perfect version.

The Eon Crochet Cowl is such an easy project to make, with a turn on a basic stitch to achieve a knit-like look. With simple construction and only seamed by the end, to get the circular shape.

A chunkier weave because of the back loop slip stitch variation that imitates a two needle ribbing. And only worked back and forth in a few rows.

A perfect easy skill level pattern, for which you only need basic notions in crochet. But just in case you need a little practice beforehand there are resources available. My Crocheting from scratch video is the option for you to learn all the essential steps before making this cowl design.

Take advantage of those wool airy yarns, that are so special, that ask for a design that really displays its beauty. You will want to make several of them to give as presents or wear yourself this season, I am sure of that.

SPECIAL STITCHES

Back loop slip stitch

Slip stitch, made in back loop of stitches from last row. Insert the hook in bl of next st, yarn over, pull through the st and pull through loop on the hook.
