FREE PATTERN WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL
Very fast and cute piece of crochet jewelry to make for yourself or as a pretty present. It’s made of two small pieces crocheted in the round, with basic crochet stitches. A perfect idea for beginner crocheters too.
And even when instructions are super simple, you also have the video tutorial available, for when you need that extra visual aide.
SUGGESTED MATERIALS
All you need is a 3 or 3.5 mm crochet hook, some sport weight cotton yarn and a stitch marker.

STITCH GUIDE
- Rnd: round
- st: stitch
- ch: chain
- sc: single crochet (UK double crochet)
- sl st: slip stitch
NOTES
- When crocheting in the round, in a spiral, with sc, place a marker in first st of the Rnd and move up with every Rnd as work progresses.
RING
It’s crocheted in the round in a spiral way. Ch 12.
Rnd 1: Starting in the first ch to crochet in the round sc 12 (place the marker in the first sc of every round so you can count sts and rounds easier)
Rnd 2: Sc 12
Rnd 3: Sc 12. Sl st in the first st of this round.
Fasten off and weave in all ends. Try the ring, it should fit a bit tight into your finger. With time and use the yarn will stretch a little and we don’t want it to fall off.
BOW
It’s crocheted in the round in a spiral way. Ch 18.
Repeat the same 3 rounds as for the ring but now with 18 sts.
When fastening off leave a 35 cm long strand and weave in the beginning string only.
FINISHING
Put the bow piece on top of the ring and pull the string through the ring, then wrap tightly around the middle.
Repeat this several times to join both pieces and shape the bow. When the strand is approximately 10-8 cm long, fasten off and weave in the end.
And the bow ring is ready. You’ll see, it’s so fast you’ll want to crochet more than one. Increase sts and rounds and turn it into a bracelet or a headband.
