HEMP BAG

FREE PATTERN WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL

Summer calls for fresh designs with open stitch work. And yarns from natural sources match perfectly with airy outfits. So, a practical bag to carry the basics for the day is needed.

Hemp yarn from Ice Yarns was again, a perfect choice for the task, because it’s fresh, easy to crochet. Light weight thread, to get that soft textured purse you want to take on your next beach trip.

Easily constructed in the round, from the bottom up, using double crochets, basic increases and finishing techniques. And totally seamless to finish and wear right away!

Every step included in the video, for you to see all about the open stitch work and how to open the handles. Written instructions also available below.

Project can be completed with only two skeins, with only one strand of the yarn, different from the Hemp basket, where I use two strands of yarn held together.
