ROUND RUG

FREE PATTERN WITH VIDEO TUTORIAL

This rug, which can also decorate any wall in your house, will be perfect for that relaxing vibe you’re looking for. It’s like crocheting a one color mandala.

One of those one skein projects, to make use of lonely yarns you may have in your stash.

Jumbo Cotton Ribbon Yarn is a soft, flat thread, that works perfectly for this kind of designs. Texture is light, with an airy feel and to be crocheted with a thick hook, for a project to be finished in a day or two.

JUMBO_COTTON

The rug uses a mix of basic stitches, like single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, in order to get all the lovely shapes. All made in the round, in one piece only.

I’m covering all steps in the tutorial, from the magic ring and all the way to the last round. Additionally, find the round by round instructions below and a detailed chart of the whole project.
